What Happens Next

Once we’ve received your images, the iLoveMyCar.co.uk team will assess the damage and provide you with a free, no-obligation repair estimate. Your estimate is guaranteed for 5 working days.

If you’re happy to proceed, simply click the secure booking link included in the quote and pay a fully refundable holding fee of £29.99 (inc. VAT). Once the holding fee is received, the allocated repairer will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a convenient time to book your vehicle in for repair.

As our trusted repairers use their quieter periods for bookings, your repair slot is guaranteed to be scheduled within 4 weeks.

Once the repair is completed, you’ll pay the repairer directly – and you’ll receive £29.99 off your final bill, getting your deposit back in full.

Need extra support? Optional services such as vehicle collection & delivery or a hire car during repairs are available for an additional cost. These must be booked in advance through our technical team before your vehicle is scheduled in.

All repairs come complete with a certification of repair and a 3 year gurantee.
