I had a non fault accident, the guy hit me in the rear and we tried to go through the ILMC network.  It turned out the sensors behind the bumper where damaged and needed an ADAS reset and it was expensive.  ILMC then provided hire and repaired my car on behalf of his insurer.  He was happy as his insurer got great rates and I did not have to pay a thing.
